Hunters Precision Rakaia Carbon Fiber Bipod

At last a lightweight carbon fibre bipod that is compact enough to be installed on your gun yet tall enough to sit behind for comfortable accurate shots, The Rakaia carbon fiber bipod is a genuine lightweight alternative to carrying a much larger heavier tripod for thos tricky terrain shots. With its triple section legs it can go from a low height of 16cm up to maximum height of 70cm.

Like the Aoraki, the Rakaia has triple section leg constructed with 12k carbon fiber providing extreme rigidity while also being very light. The bottom section of the legs are spring loaded and notched for quick and easy deployment with the push of a button. The middle section gives extra height and is activated with a twist and pulling out.

Both legs can also splay at the push of a button to give a more customisable position in difficult terain. Each leg has 5 positions from horizontal forward to horizontal backward.

Separate pan and tilt controls gives better control over bipods with a single pan tilt control.

The Rakaia Carbon Fiber Bipod features a dual picatinny, swiss arca head, The Rakaia also comes with a multi positional picatinny rail, featuring an M5 cap screw that will mount directly to factory Tikka rifle stocks, plus 2x t-nut screws for custom install on other stocks.

This bipod with its level of funtionality weighs only 458gm. That is only 50gm more than the Aoraki.
